For same day appointments please text (646-642-0675). PAYMENTS ——————- A non refundable retainer is required to secure your appointment. (0.70 goes towards processing fee & does not apply to remaining balance) Clients can make one rescheduling using their initial deposit. Any additional rescheduling will necessitate a new deposit to be paid. Remaining balances are only accepted in cash at the time of your appointment. LATE POLICY ———————- All clients have a 10 minute grace period, if said client is not physically seated after 15 minutes, I reserve the right to cancel. Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 60% cancellation fee of the remaining balance will be charged. This fee also applies to cancellations due to lateness. In the case of a "No Show," a fee equal to 100% of the remaining balance will be incurred.
